J U D G M E N T

It is represented that the present Second Appeal is connected with Crl.O.P(MD)No.16747 of 2018. The parties have compromised their dispute amongst themselves and have arrived at an amicable settlement. During the hearing of the said Criminal Original Petition, they have filed a joint compromise memo dated 10.03.2023 before this Court. By recording the joint compromise memo, this Court was pleased to dispose of Crl.O.P(MD)No.16747 of 2018 vide order dated 10.03.2023. 1/3

2. It is now submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the present Second Appeal may be disposed of in view of the order of this Court dated 10.03.2023 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16747 of 2018 in which the joint compromise memo has been recorded.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Second Appeal. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise recorded on 10.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16747 of 2018. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
