PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to measure the land with regard to survey No.244/20 to an extent of 0.01.41 situated at Rajakambiram Road, Rajakambiram Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2018.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to measure the land with regard to S.No.244/20 situated at Rajakambiram Road, Rajakambiram Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2018, the 1st respondent had rejected the claim of the petitioner and passed final orders on 16.03.2018.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the relief sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. W.P.(MD)No.4352 of 2018 aforesaid rejection order dated 16.03.2018 before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised. No costs.
