ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to conduct survey of the property belonging to the petitioner situated in S.No.154/9A1 in A.Kokkulam Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, by considering his application No.2025/0123/24/016521, dated 16.06.2025.
2. Heard the arguments of Ms.M.Viji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent.
3. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.
4. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
5. According to the petitioner, her husband Arumugam purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 30.04.2010. Subsequently, patta for the subject property have been issued in favour of the petitioner's husband in patta No.3049 with new sub division No.154/26. The petitioner submitted an application on 16.06.2025 in application No.2025/0123/24/016521 seeking survey of the property situated in S.No.154/26. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the prayer portion of the writ petition old survey number is mentioned and direction may be issued for consideration of the application submitted by the petitioner with regard to the new survey number. The said statement is recorded.
7. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
8. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 16.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 5 to 7, neighboring land owners and other interested parties.
9. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
