JUDGMENT

When the appeal was listed today (I.e.,26.06.2023) for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court.

2.The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise and two memos to that effect have also been filed before this Court. The learned counsel for the first respondent has not disputed the same.

3.In view of the compromise entered between the parties, this appeal suit is disposed of. The decree shall be made in terms of the said memos. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

4.The Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the appellant as the matter has been settled out of Court.
