This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.100 of 2018 on the file of the first Respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.73 of 2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
