JUDGMENT

This appeal suit has been filed to set aside the judgment and decree dated 22.08.2013 made in O.S.No.56 of 2010 on the file of the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2.This Court vide order dated 30.09.2022 referred this case to the mediation for amicable settlement and the parties entered into settlement and agreement of settlement dated 22.11.2022 is filed. 3.In the light of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the mediation centre, this appeal suit is allowed and the terms of the settlement shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Since the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, the Court fee shall be refunded.
