on 29.06.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 5 of Explosives Substances Act, 1908 and 427 of I.P.C, in Crime No. 532 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 28.06.2024, the explosives kept in the petitioner's farm had exploded. Hence the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the fact that twelve previous cases are pending against the petitioner, which include cases of serious offences of murder, NDPS Act etc, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
