The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi to dispose of the case in O.S.No.560 of 2021 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the plaintiff/respondent has filed the suit for the relief of declaration and for permanent injunction. It is the further submission of the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner herein is aged about 85 years. Therefore, she prayed to pass an order for speedy disposal of the case.

3. Since the Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the case, no notice is necessary to the respondent herein.

4. On perusal of the case details, it appears that the issues have been framed and now, it stands posted to 27.09.2023.

5. Considering the age of the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to give a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within the time frame.

6. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed, directing the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.560 of 2021 2/4

as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
