SURIYANARAYANAN .R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.DEENADHAYALAN, Standing Counsel on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, states that without prejudice to his contentions, the petitioner would remit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to TANGEDCO. On such payment, the fourth respondent shall restore the petition mentioned service connection immediately thereafter.
