Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide strong escort police protection to the petitioner's son, by name Basker @ North D.Basker, son of Kanagaraj, now confining at Trichy Central Prison, during his transmit from Trichy Central Prison to the trial courts and return, consequently, pleased to direct the respondents to take action to extend the judicial remand of the petitioner's son through video conferencing relating to his appearance before the Trial Court.
