ORDER

The above writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the properties in S.Nos.224/2B, 224/3, 224/4A2, 224/4B1, 239/1B1, 239/1B2, 239/1B3 and 239/1C to an extent of 5 Acres 11 cents situate in Theththur Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District based on the petitioner's Settlement Deed vide D.No.2393/2015, dated 23.01.2015.

2. It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the other legal representatives have objected to the issue of patta in the name of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2024
