(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) An affidavit had been filed by the third appellant, wherein at Paragraph 2, the following statement had been made:- ''2. I respectfully submitted that total sale consideration of amount a sum of rupees 1,07,96,900/- in which a sum of Rs. 64,50,000/- paid to the respondent. further balance amount of Rs.43,46,900/- has to be paid to the respondent. Earlier when the matter is came up for hearing before this honorable division bench on 29/08/2025, and this honorable court granted extension of time upto 6/10/2025 for payment of balance sale consideration. Further the case came up for hearing today i.e., 06/10/2025 and the honorable division bench directed the appellant to file an affidavit. Further as directed this honorable division bench i am ready to pay 20 lakhs on or before 15/10/2025 to the respondent and the balance sale consideration amount as sum of Rs.23,46,900/- shall be paid to the respondent before 31/10/2025 and registration also will be done on the same day or before 31/10/2025.''
