Prayer :-Appeal Suit filed under Section 96 of Civil Procedure Code, against the judgment and decree dated 17.01.2014 made in O.S.No.52 of 2009 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai.

ORDER:-Appeal Suit is coming upon for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 13.02.2020 and the requisition letter submitted by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai vide the Letter in D.No.432 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Periyasamy, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr.V.Janakiramulu, Advocate For the Respondent Nos.1,3 and 4, this Court made the following order: This appeal has been listed today for extension of time for disposing of the suit in O.S.No.52 of 2009 on the file of the V Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Appeal suit by order, dated 13.02.

2020, directing to commence the evidence of the defendants afresh and the defendants shall produce the evidence within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment and the trial Court has to dispose of the suit within a period of two months thereafter. Now, the trial Court seeks further more time for disposing the said Suit. Hence, the matter is listed today. 3.Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

AS(MD). No.136 of 2014 4.Accordingly, the time for disposing the suit in O.S.No.52 of 2009, is extended for a further period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No further extension will be given.
