The contention of the petitioner is that though he obtained a decree in his favour against the fourth respondent in O.S.No.26 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal on 21.12.2018, he is attempting to interfere with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said property and that the police is not also taking any action in the complaint lodged by him in CSR.No.422 of 2020.
