ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C praying to direct the third respondent not to harass her under the guise of an enquiry.
2.The case of the petitioner is that there is a family dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 & 6 and that though the matter in issue is purely civil in nature, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.
3.Per contra, Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice for the respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the complaint given by the fifth respondent was registered as C.No.G2/800520/2579/2020, on 24.11.2020 and the same is pending for enquiry.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15885 of 2020 4.Considering the submissions made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to follow the guidelines of D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
