Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the second respondent had fixed the enquiry to be held on 09.09.2022.

4. The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition mentioned appeal and pass final order on merits and 2/4

5. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
