ORDER
This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent herein to initiate 1 / 4
appropriate criminal action in C.S.R.No.165 of 2022 on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.03.2022.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police issued C.S.R.No.165 of 2022 and it is under enquiry and he seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 03.03.2022 and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
