This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceeding under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 against the Contemnors / respondents herein for their willful disobedience to the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 121 of 2024 dated 13.03.2024 and punish them accordingly.

2. Heard, the learned Counsel on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 121 of 2024 has already been complied with. 2/4
