For Petitioner : Mr.S.Muniyandi For Respondent : Mr.R.Alagumani COMMON ORDER In both the revision petition, since the parties are one and the same and the issue in both the revision petition is arising out of the order dated 28.07.2023, they were taken together and disposed of by this common order.

2.The Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the order dated 28.07.2023 in IA No.1/2023 in HMOP No.219 of 2022 on the file of Sub Court, Tirumangalam. The wife has filed the revision seeking enhancement of interim maintenance, whereas the husband has filed the revision challenging the interim maintenance ordered by the Court below.

3.The facts in nutshell are that the petitioner in CRP(MD) No. 2664/2024 is the wife and the petitioner in CRP(MD) No.2229/2023 is the husband. The husband filed a petition for divorce in HMOP No. 219/2022, in which, the wife filed a petition in IA No.1/2023 seeking 2/4

interim maintenance. In the petition filed for maintenance, the trial Court has ordered a maintenance of Rs.20,000/- from the date of petition till the date of disposal of the HMOP. Both the wife and husband are aggrieved by the said interim maintenance.

5. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

6. A perusal of the order would go to show that the petitioner and the respondent were blessed with two children. Considering the age of the children and the avocation and earning of the husband, the trial Court has granted a sum of Rs.20,000/- as interim maintenance per month to the wife and children, from the date of petition till the date of disposal of the main petition, which is just and proper. Hence, no interference is warranted to the order passed by the trial Court. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
