When this appeal was taken up for hearing, it was brought to our notice that the sole appellant, namely, R.Subramanian died on 03.10.2017. The death certificate was also produced before this Court. Till date, no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the appellant.

2.In view of the above, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. No costs.
