The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 27.062025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.C.Suresh Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the petitioner, she is residing in two cents of land in Survey No.38, situated in Balasamudram, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District. On the basis of the application filed by one Nathiya Rani and others, the respondents are attempting to issue free house site patta in respect of the land situated in Survey No. 414, which is classified as cart track in the village revenue records. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation on 27.06.2025 before the first respondent, requesting him not to permit issuance of patta in respect of the land classified as cart track. The said representation has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that so far, no patta has been issued in respect of the land mentioned by the petitioner and the application submitted by the petitioner is under consideration.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the persons mentioned in the representation of the petitioner and other interested parties.
