J U D G M E N T

The Appeal Suit is directed against the judgment and decree, dated 26.06.2014 in O.S.No.83 of 2009, on the file of the I Additional District Court, Thanjavur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellants would submit that the first appellant died on 31.05.2018 and that the first respondent was also reported dead and that they have not taken steps sofar.

3. Since steps were not taken, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. No costs.
