O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 143 of 2022 and file the charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that on a complaint given by the petitioner/defacto complainant, the Police have registered as case against the accused for the offence under Sections 420, 427, 448 and 506(1) IPC in Crime No. 143 of 2022, however, there is no progress in the investigation including the arrest of the accused.
3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondents, on the other hand, submits that the petitioner is not being co-operated with the investigation and inspite of directions given to him, he has not produced the document in order to consider the offence under Section 448 IPC, thereby, there is no progress in the investigation.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will appear before the second respondent Police as directed by this Court so that the Police can proceed with the investigation.

By recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the second respondent Police on 18.08.2023 along with the documents concerned, on which, the second respondent Police are directed to expedite the investigation and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
