ORDER

This Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to disburse the arrears of salary and the Retirement benefits to the Petitioners along with 10% annual interest for belated payment within the time period stipulated by this Court and pass orders 2.The fourth respondent has filed an affidavit before this Court, wherein it is stated that the fourth respondent management will settle the retirement benefits to the petitioners within a period of one year.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners requested to record the aforesaid affidavit and dispose of the writ petition. 4.Recording the affidavit of undertaking filed before this Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
