This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records relating to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No.16 of 2020 of All Women Police Station, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District and quash the same against these petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a final report is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Tirunelveli, in C.C.No.1673 of 2023.
