ORDER
Though the petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the respondents to count half of the services rendered by the petitioner for the period 01.11.1986 to 30.09.2015 as qualifying service and grant pension and other retirement benefits along with interest in that regard, all learned counsel, for the petitioner as well as the respondents, would concur upon the position that the claim as raised is not liable to be granted in view of the decision of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Government of Tamil Nadu vs R. Kaliyamoorthy [(2020) 2 MLJ 369]. This writ petition is thus dismissed. No costs.
