ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to provide adequate police protection to him at the time of survey and demarcation of the petitioner's land. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the private respondents 4 to 6 are trying to obstruct the revenue authorities and the petitioner from measuring the petitioner's land. 3.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and would submit that the complaint in CSR.No.303 of 2020 lodged by the petitioner is still pending for enquiry.

CRL OP(MD). No.15805 of 2020 4.A perusal of the records shows that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 01.12.2020 to the Inspector of Police, Kurumbur Police Station. In such circumstances, the Inspector of Police, Kurumbur Police Station is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
