ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.10.2021 and direct the second respondent not to conduct "Katta Panchayat" in the guise of enquiry while pending the insolvency proceedings before the concerned Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021, is forwarded to the Economic Offence Wing, Thanjavur and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, the Economic Offence Wing, Thanjavur is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 04.10.2021, after issuing notice to the petitioner and rival party and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
