ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents from laying Panchayat road under MGNREGS Scheme in the petitioner's patta land in S.No.11/2A8 of Kurunjakulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.07.2024.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader by filing a counter affidavit that the road is laid in Survey No.10 of Kurinjankulam Village, Thiruchuli Taluk. The petitioner's land is situated in Survey No.11/2A8. Therefore, it is clear that the road is not been laid in the petitioner's land.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he can approach the appropriate forum.
