The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20230001737C20250001 on 31.08.2025. However, it has not been taken on file.

3. In view of the above, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
