ORDER

As against the demand notice dated 17.03.2023, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the petitioner has paid a major portion of the demand and that six months due alone is yet to be paid. He further submitted that the balance amount would also be paid within a period of four weeks.

3.Recording the submission made by the petitioner's Counsel that a substantial amount, as per the demand notice, has already been paid and that the balance due amount would also be paid within a period of four weeks from date, this writ petition is closed. In the event, if the petitioner fails to make the payment, as undertook by him, it is open to the respondent to take appropriate action in the manner known to law. 2/4

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
