ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2.The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 109 of I.P.C., in Crime No.11 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The petitioner had availed a sum of Rs.52,00,000/- from the defacto complainant bank. It has now turned out that the security documents and other papers submitted at the time of availing loan are bogus.

CRL OP(MD). No.12519 of 2019 4.When the matter came up for hearing, I asked the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner as to whether the petitioner would be ready to clear the loan. But there is no response from him. The allegations against the petitioner is fairly serious. Public funds are involved.

5.Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
