PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to issue the License in respect of Collection of Entry Fee at Gandhi Market as per the Tender Process dated 18.03.2020 and as per the Resolution No.1888 dated 19.03.2020 and proceedings issued by the Respondent dated 09.04.2020 for a period of three years commencing from the date of issuance of the license by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2020 within the time stipulated by this Court.
