ORDER:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.Aravinthan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondent , this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to extend the time imposed in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12639 of 2023 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.388 of 2020 and permit 2/4

the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Nagercoil.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not produce the sureties before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
