ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 & R2.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that action has been initiated on the basis of the petitioner's complaint and vigilance FIR has already been registered.

3. The third respondent is figuring as an accused. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance & Anti Corruption, Nagercoil is directed to conclude investigation in Crime No.6 of 2021 and file final report within a period of three months.
