2.The petitioner is the husband of the detenue. The detenue was missing since 11.07.2024. Since the whereabouts of the detenue could not be traced, the present habeas corpus petition came to be filed. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's wife is presently working at Malaysia with a Tamil family. The jurisdictional police also arranged an interaction between us and the detenue. 4.We are satisfied that the detenue had left India on her own accord. She informed us that due to the burden of debts, she was 2/4

constrained to leave India and find overseas employment. We are satisfied that it is not case of illegal custody. 5.This habeas corpus petition is dismissed accordingly. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
