ORDER

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent herein to give suitable direction to the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to conduct proper investigation by securing the rest of the accused persons in Crime No.19 of 2019 on the file of the 5th respondent based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2022.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has received the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2022 and it is under enquiry. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry and the second respondent is directed to 2/4

consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.08.2022 and take suitable action on merits in accordance with law. 4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
