The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Bill and pass order in respect of the construction works of Micro compost Centre (MCC) at Kadamalaigundu in Kadamalaigundu Panchayat in K.Myladumparai Block and disburse the total bill amount in the petitioner's favour on basis of the representations dated 27.06.2024 and 20.06.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 27.06.2024 and 20.06.2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a 2/4
period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
