PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take necessary action for mutating the wrong entry made in the Encumbrance Certificate in respect of property comprised in Survey No.6/2 of K.Sathanur Village, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2020. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 12.10.2020, wherein, the petitioner sought for a direction to the first respondent to remove the entry made in the encumbrance certificate with respect to the subject property.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that there are atleast eight Writ Petitions, two Writ Appeals, one Contempt Petition and one Civil Revision Petition pending before this Court. The subject property is also involved in these pending cases. 3.The petitioner has conveniently concealed all these facts and filed the present Writ Petition.
