ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent District Collector to hand over the keys of the Temple to the rightful and legal administrators of Arulmigu Pannayan Thoppu Isakkiamman Temple, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.09.2024. 2.The petitioner is claiming right over the temple as well as the respondents 4 to 6 are also claiming right over the temple. Instead of approaching the appropriate Civil Court for framing any scheme to administer the temple. Both the parties are approaching either the police officials or the revenue officials. Both the police as well as the revenue officials are not having any power to resolve the dispute among the petitioner and the individual respondents. Therefore, the writ petition cannot be made entertained. 3.

The petitioner and the other rival group are directed to hand over the keys to the official respondents. The petitioner and the individual respondents are at liberty to approach the appropriate Civil Court for framing the scheme. Until the scheme is framed, the petitioner, the individual respondents, ie.

other rival group are not entitled to have the keys of the temple. 4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
