This Appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Amendment Act ), 1989 , Amendment Act 1 of 2016, to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P. No.1923 of 2022 on the file of the Special Court of Trial of cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul, dated 13.12.2022 and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with crime No.323 of 2022 on the file of the resondent Police by allowing this Criminal Appeal.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.2128 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.874 of 2022 on 06.02.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 13.01.2023 onwards.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly. Further, the investigation is completed and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.28 of 2023, on the file of the PCR Court, Dindigul. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
