The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.396 of 2013 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents and on instructions, would submit that the investigation is concluded and final report is also ready. He contended that the final report would be filed before the concerned Magistrate Court within a week.
