ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 29.07.2022 passed in E.A.No.326 of 2017 in E.P.No.27 of 2003 in O.S.No.13 of 1996 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi.

2. When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for hearing on 16.09.2022, this Court was not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition, however, at the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 22.09.2022. On that day also, the petitioner sought for further time and therefore, it was adjourned to 12.10.2022. Even when the matter was taken up for hearing on 12.10.2022, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was not ready to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition and requested for further time and therefore, the case was adjourned today. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2/4

3. Since the petitioner is not showing any interest to proceed with the Civil Revision Petition and this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
