Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 from placing or acting upon the Agenda Item Nos.2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 19, 32, 38, 66 and 68 in the meeting of the Karaikudi City Municipal Corporation scheduled on 10.07.2025 as they are violative of Section 40 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998, and the circular issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 2081/2022 dated 16.02.2024.
