CRL MP(MD). No.8100 of 2019 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD). No.6060 of 2019.

2. Though the allegations made against the petitioner is serious, the fact remains that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed. Of course, the final report is yet to be taken on file. The petitioner is a suspended police officer. Therefore, the question of absconding will not arise. Hence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is totally relaxed and the criminal miscellaneous petition stands allowed.
