ORDER

Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the instructions of his client, he do not want to press this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement in that regard.

2.Mr.B.Mohan Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.Accordingly, in view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
