Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry in RC. No.590/20/B8/MDU on the file of the first respondent and pass appropriate order for conducting election by secret ballot voting to the posts of executive committee members of fourth respondent Pallivasal Wakf for the years 2023-2026.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry in R.C.No.590/20/B8/MDU on the file of the first respondent for registration of properties comprising in the wakf deed in Document No.667 of 1923 dated 07.02.1923 on the file of the fourth respondent in the Wakf Register.

2. This Court directs the respondents to complete the enquiry and pass orders within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
