This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to hold a detail enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 13.08.2019 seeking for appropriate action and police protection in respect of Undivided Joint Family Property in Sy.No.78B/1A now sub divided as Sy.No.78B/1A2 in Keelpidagai Appankovil Village, Eral Taluk, Thoothukudi District as per Joint Patta No.241, within the time stipulated by this Court.
