ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A5, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC, in Crime No.443 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that the respondent police have registered the case only for the offences under Sections 147, 294(b) and 323 IPC, which are bailable in nature and they have not included Section 506(i) IPC.
