This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.45 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Perungudi Police Station, Madurai District.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.45 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Crl.M.P.(MD). No.8160 of 2019 is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
